Team of Nursery Officers are qualified with NVQ in childcare Levels 2 & 3

Team of Family Playworkers qualified level 3 in childcare, run activities and support parents & their children.

Administration Staff are there to welcome and help you with any queries you may have about the centre.

All our staff are have received training in Safeguarding, Food & Hygiene, First Aid and various other relevant training to ensure service delivery is of high quality.

Our management consists of an Advisory Committee. The committee is made up of parents, future users of the LCC, staff members, foundation members and representatives from Hackney Learning Trust, Haringey council and the Hommerton Hospital.

The committee meets yearly to discuss premises related issues, personnel issues, service delivery and impact, future plans, financial needs and share & exchange ideas. In order to uphold the high standards of our program, staff development is ongoing throughout the year. This ensures that our staff remain alert to the ever-changing needs of today's families and to the findings of current research.

Our director, Rabbi Sholem Ber Sudak, our Centre Manager Mrs Devorah Leah Sudak and our committee members are an unusually dedicated group of professionals whose level of commitment to the community does not stop at the meetings, and whose commitment to early childhood and education is truly an avocation. As a result, they bring to their jobs a unique and special blend of professional skills and personal experience.

Our daycare is staffed with trained early childhood educators. Each member of our faculty is sensitive to the needs of the children and their families and has a strong commitment to quality Jewish education.

The extended services is staffed by a very dedicated team, bringing you lots of opportunities to play the Torah Way together with your child(ren), in a Yidishe environment.

Medical services related to mothers and young children are provided by a dedicated team, connected to the Homerton and Whittington Hospitals as well as the Hackney Ark.

The Library will continue running under the dedicated management that has been taking care of the Library, the books and the lenders for over 45 years.

Vista Training is running under the same dedicated and professional management as it has been for many years under the leadership of Mrs Lew. Their highly educated staff will deliver vocational training taking into consideration the needs of the Chareidi community, by providing separate classes for men and women.
